Scope:

Our work on the IKK Villa involves detailed facade design and BIM execution. We are producing fabrication-ready documentation for bespoke exterior elements, ensuring that the intricate architectural details are executed with absolute precision onsite in Dubai.

Challenges:

The primary challenge is the coordination of highly customized facade panels with the standard structural frame. We leveraged advanced BIM workflows to create a seamless interface between the architectural design and the manufacturing process.

Innovation:

We implemented a direct-to-fabrication BIM workflow that allows the manufacturer to pull data directly from our 3D models. This reduces the margin for error and ensures that the final built form matches the visionary design exactly.
