Scope:

Our work on the RSA Hotel focuses on detailed facade design and BIM execution. We are producing production-ready documentation for the complex building envelope, ensuring high-fidelity coordination between the hotel's ambitious architectural vision and technical requirements.

Challenges:

Designing for the extreme Riyadh climate required sophisticated thermal modeling within our BIM environment. We coordinated the high-performance glazing systems with the structural frame to ensure maximum comfort for guests while maintaining energy efficiency.

Innovation:

We implemented automated quantity take-off and clash detection processes to ensure that all deliverables are accurate and fabrication-ready. This systematic approach minimized onsite revisions and significantly accelerated the cladding installation phase.
