The project is based on the hypothesis that there exists a correlation between the urban fabric and social behavioural patterns. This project aims to uncover these correlations with the help of big data analysis tools in AI. The tool is developed on the intersection of the conventional analytical instruments of the designer-objective information about the climatic, geotechnical, demography, and other physical characteristics of the site, visuals of the design site and its surroundings as well as the concentrated public assessment of the area, which are extracted from the user data. This tool aims to be of use to real estate developers and city development authorities to help understand suggested land use types for the selected site and understand the attractivity of the city as a whole
